From Stress to Strengths ©

This workshop is designed for new leadership teams to take action steps to reduce stress in the workplace and build a culture of compassionate accountability.

It delivers a framework of resiliency in a global world. The breakout sessions will focus on the processes necessary to make better hiring choices, prioritize decision making skills, manage conflict, and scale personal and professional growth.

Participants leave with a Resiliency Plan or Competency Plan and 360 Impact Statement. From Stress to Strengths © is delivered in-person as 2-hour workshop.
